• Dimatic's quality system has been designed to meet and exceed ISO 9001 practices and procedures, and is constantly being upgraded to suit our customers needs.

• UL molders certification program is in place

• In addition  to normal inspection processes and procedures, Dimatic also completes Full First Article Inspections, Pre-Control, Process Capability Studies, SPC, Gage R&R studies and Design of Experiments (DOE) procedures.

• Dimatic has earned a Certified Supplier designation for many successful companies

• Dimatic's quality program is led by a Certified Quality Engineer and some of the equipment used includes a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparators, a Video Optical Comparator and a Profilometer (Surface Roughness Tester).
