In additionto normal inspection processes and procedures, Dimatic also completes Full First Article Inspections, Pre-Control, Process Capability Studies, SPC, Gage R&R studies, and Design of Experiments (DOE) procedures.

Dimatic's quality program is led by a Certified Quality Engineer and some of the equipment used includes a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparators, a Video Optical Comparator, and a Profilometer (Surface Roughness Tester).
